Exchange Policy

At Nusaiba, we aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchanges Only

We offer exchanges only no returns or refunds.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email us at info@nusaiba.co.uk within 7 days of delivery, including:
  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to exchange
  • The reason for the exchange
Exchange requests sent after 7 days will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
Exchange availability depends on stock levels.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Nusaiba is not responsible for lost exchange parcels.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@nusaiba.co.uk within 48  hours of delivery, including clear photos, so we can assist you promptly.
